Who processes your data

What we collect
- Booking request: full name, phone number, selected zone and package, date, time, duration, number of seats and players, and your note.
- Contact message: name, phone number and your message.
- Technical data: to protect the site from abuse and excessive requests we store a cryptographically transformed record of your IP address, not the address itself.
Why we use it
We use this data to process your booking request or reply to your message, to contact you to confirm, change or cancel a slot, and to protect the website from abuse. Form data is never used for advertising and is never sent to analytics services.
Who can access it
Only authorised staff can access the data through a protected admin panel. If email notifications are enabled, messages are sent through the email service used by the lounge.
How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, i.e. handling your booking or enquiry and keeping a record of bookings.
