Request and confirmation

• Submitting the form on this website is a booking request, not a confirmed booking.
• A booking is confirmed only when our staff confirms it and contacts you on the phone number you provided.
• Staff may decline a request if there are no free seats at the requested time.

Time slots and packages

• Requests are accepted only for times within opening hours.
• Packages and promotions apply during the times listed in the price list.

Changes and cancellations

• If you cannot come or want to change your slot, let us know as soon as possible via the contact page or Instagram.

Using the venue

• Please follow staff instructions and take care of the equipment.
